Purchases

All listed pieces are available for purchase. Please email info@therustedwrench.com with any interest or questions and we will get back to you in a timely manner. We are currently building our online cart and apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping

All prices are generated by FedEx or UPS Ground Services based on product weight There is a $15.00 handling fee in order to ensure the quality and safety of your package.

LARGE OBJECTS

Some oversized works may require special shipping arrangements.

Items sold in New York or Los Angeles may be eligible for delivery by local courier.

We are happy to assist our customers with all shipping arrangements and costs prior to purchase. Please email info@therustedwrench.com with any inquiries.

Returns

We accept returns of certain unused items within 14 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Most original art is also final sale. Please email us at info@therustedwrench.com before ordering if you are unsure.

All international orders are final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice.

If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Some pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.

LARGE OBJECTS

Objects that require special delivery arrangements are not eligible for returns. We are happy to help you with any questions or concerns your might have before your purchase.

RINGS

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you do not know your US ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also try this website and this PDF. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. However we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. (Some people wear their rings loose, some tight. The size is your responsibility.) Custom orders cannot be returned, but we are happy to help with any questions you might have before your purchase.

We collect information about you through our website in an effort to communicate with you about our artists, objects and promotions. Our email newsletter is used to communicate about creators and creations, events, promotions and discounts. If a user requests to receive our email newsletters, they need to provide a valid e-mail address. Real names need not be used to request newsletters.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS

When purchasing from The Rusted Wrench, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site as a guest.
